I have designed this 8-week plan that caters to your schedule in order to be flexible and without unnecessary restrictions. My goal is for you to be able to incorporate this plan into your everyday life and improve your overall fitness levels while becoming the best version of yourself both physically and mentally.

This guide is 8 weeks long with workouts 4-5 times per week. It can be repeated as many times as desired. I have been repeating this EXACT split for over a year.
